Scheduling Questions
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.
Most of the time, yes. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic or weather.
If your cleaner will be late, you’ll be contacted with an updated ETA.
You are charged only after the cleaning is completed.
Your invoice reflects the time worked, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.
No, you can cancel anytime without penalties.
